Paros is the third biggest island of Kiklades, covering an area of 193,308 km2 and coast length of 118 kilometers. The population of the island, during the census of 2011, was 13,710 residents. Parikia is the capital and the port of the island, and it is considered to be the most ancient settlement in Kiklades.
Paros is one of the most popular tourist destinations in the Mediterranean, since it combines the beauty of Kiklades and a busy night life.
Taxi: Should you wish to take a taxi from the airport, you can reach the designated area, located outside the terminal and it is open the working hours of the airport. Alternatively, you can make a reservation, so that a driver will be waiting for you at the arrivals.
Car Rentals: In the arrivals hall of Paros Airport, there are offices of car rental companies, including: Sixt, Hertz etc
Bus: You can use Paros KTEL from the airport with daily services from Parikia and the port of Pounta, which in turn connects Paros to Antiparos by ferry boat. Transportation from the airport to Parikia and Pounta starts 15 minutes after the landing of the plane. The airport bus stop is within walking distance of the terminal. Ticket can be purchased on the bus.
